Im new in this site, and this situation, my son was cleaning PC, and after removing and reinstalling VGA PC did not started, when i checked the VGA i notices, that one component is missing, im not sure that this can couse no picture issue, maybe someone can help identify what component shoud be on this card, the card is Gigabyte RTX2070IX 8GOC...
