Actually the TOP MARKING means as follows:

IACEY (first digit is not actually letter I, but I dunno what does it mean...I'm guessing it's just a marking separator or something)

ACE: product code of MP2143DJ;
Y: year code;
So meaning the last digit doesn't really matter coz it's only a production date.

Hi Pfudaniel,

Has your MSI Laptop become operational after you've changed the chip? I have the same problem with my MSI GF63, that same chip IACEK is burned and wont power on. Is IACEK top marking the same as MP2143DJ-LF-P (from the link you shared). It looks like this chip is a buck converter (Switching Voltage Regulator) which is capable of generating fixed output voltage ranging from 600mV to 5V with Input voltage of 2.5V - 5.5V. May I know where did to bought the chip? Thank in advance!...
