Hi, Can someone please help me with my bios issue?

SERIAL PC-176NNG

​I desolder the bios chip (Winbond W25Q128FV) to patch for supervisor password removal and I broke one of the pins on the chip. I soldered another bios cheap from a donor board (same chip model) and flashed so many bios dumps (including the one in this thread) but the laptop does not even power on. nothing happens (no lights, etc.) when I press the power. It only blinks 3 times when I plug the charger port in. Can someone help me with the issue and...
