Hi! First of all, I want to say that I have read the rules and followed the procedures, but I haven't been able to fix the issue.
Let me explain my problem: I have an HP VICTUS 16-r0028ns, motherboard model LA-M787P, serial number CND3221BF1. The laptop had a short circuit on the motherboard, and after repairing it, I connected the power cable. The fans would spin, but the screen wouldn't turn on, and nothing happened. Then, the laptop would shut down again.

Hi, I have a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super graphics card, model gv-n208sgaming-8gc rev 2.0. The issue I'm facing is that I don't have the 1.8V voltage. I have checked similar schematics (from a Gigabyte RTX 2080) and found that the enable signal in U11, responsible for the 1.8V, is missing. Using a boardview of a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super OC, I discovered an AND gate that is missing the PS_VMON_PGOOD voltage, which is provided by U37 (INA3221AIRGVR), but that component is not present on my graphics card.
