The frame on these are pretty tough but I did my best to push on all the ribbons to no luck. I did verify that the backlight LEDs are all working though....

I love this TV. I have had it for about five years and about a year ago the audio went out and I reflowed the motherboard with success. I just went on vacation and came back to the following. Because I have nothing to lose I have already tried to reflow the motherboard and the tcon with no success. Parts are available and I'm open to ordering them just not sure what the issue really is. The band has a very distinct cut off on the bottom but a gentle fade to the left. There is artifacting that appears underneath the band.
