hi
i was able to fix it
the problem was in the 12v sense resistor for pwm and the enable signal for the pwm coming from a mosfet (changing the mosfet didn't fix it i had to jump it)...

hi i have the same problem with asus tuf gaming b650m plus no VRM_EN signal and they have the same symptoms with yours no q led no beeps it just power on
the signal for me is form 3 mosfet​
