Emachine lcd wont power
i have a lcd e machine dont wont power, i was cheking voltage, 12v are present but the 5v first increment to 5 then gradually to 0 then to 5v again, any ideas?? i resold almost everithing and the caps looks great, some body have ideas?? thanks -

hi guys, i have a question for the community....
i have a hp dv6000, and i want to cut the wire of the fan to this always is on, this have 4 cables:
white
red
black
yellow
some body cant to asist to me? thanks a lot.
