thanks, ill start testing caps. Anyone have a technical manual for this tv? i cant seem to find one online

Looking for some help, im new to this.
I just got a benQ DV3250 that someone was getting rid of because the screen wont work. Took the thing apart last night and I can't tell if any of the caps are bad, ive seen toasted caps before and all these (that i can see) look fine. Is there some other way of testing each cap? Or maybe thats not my problem.
When i turn the tv on, i can hear the fan start up in the back and the screen flicks on for a second then goes black.
