does anyone know which component needs replaced if,m when I unplug the mainboard from the power supply, it results in briefly flashing LED, like in the video?

Hi all,

Samsung TV UE49KS7090 (2016).
No power, no red light. When I unplug the mainboard from the power board, HALF the backlights flash briefly. I made a short video here [url]https://youtu.be/EVikW32p6kQ[/url]

Voltage measurements:
With mainboard DISCONNECTED, I see all voltages to be ca. 5-7V
With mainboard CONNECTED I See voltages of ca, 4-6V
According to the pinout diagram, I should be seeing 13V.

Would anybody know which part is faulty? Everywhere I read, it is expected that when you disconnect the mainboard, the backlights...
