Meanwhile I am able to read and write Embedded Controller KB9012.
I flashed the EC.BIN for the 1.17 that I found in the forum and flashed it.
However the laptop still does not boot.
But I realized that the Fan moves now, the power LED blinks from time to time and the Laptop beeps when starting.
I am not sure if my assumption is correct that EC-Rom needs not to be customized.

EC-Rom data seems to be not customized and programming of Embedded controller KB9012 seems to be possible with moderate means as explained here:

Is there any information about the ITE IT 8350E Sensor Fusion/Hub Controller
such a reverse engineered minimalist data sheet or a specification of it's programming protocol?

Attached find the Backup. It says:
1V$96CN31WW(V1.17)...

On a Lenovo Yoga 2 13 an older version of the Bios and EC firmware was installed.
When reading out the Bios Rom with a bad CH341-HW-Flasher I damaged the Rom:
Lenovo was brick dead.

Now I found a backup copy of the Bios-Rom 1.17 for this computer on my hard drive,
which I created times ago with the Insyde H2OFFT-tool. (I have to say that I downgraded Bios in the hope that it would accept another wifi card)

After installing a new bios Rom which I flashed with the backup I could switch on the laptop, keyboard lights turn on and fan briefly spins up but...

I checked the signal lines of the 25Q64FSVSIG chip where I flashed the bios-Binary to and actually a short data transfer occurs. So I would assume ITE is not dead yet.

I have 2 ideas what to do:

1. The Bios and EC version was 1.15 whereas the Bios-backup was 1.17
1V$96CN31WW(V1.17) since I downgraded it in the wrong hope some wifi cards would be accepted.

Must EC and Bios match? If so I need to prepare a downgraded Bios or upgrade the EC.

2. Since the faulty flasher sent 5V it might be that the ITE chip burnt. If so I could replace it.

What is the expert's suggestion?

When reading out the bios rom chip (WINBOND) from my Lenovo yoga 2 13 with a faulty flasher I damaged the bios rom chip and possibly other devices. (The CH341 flasher sent 5V instead ov 3.3 V to the lines)

I had a backup of this rom on the hd and flashed it into a new rom chip.
Now when powering on: the keyboard light is on and the fan runs for a couple of seconds but the screen stays black. (This is better than with the damaged bios chip where the fan did not run and the laptop power cycled in an endless...
