Any Dells not notorious for bad caps?
I like the old Dell optiplex GX's but hate the unreliability due to the bad caps issue. Are any of the more recent (but not newest) immune to this problem? Seems like they would have gotten a handle on it by now.... -

Unfortunately, all the caps look perfect. I guess since there are both X and K, I'll replace the X's first and see what happens. -
Dell voltage tolerance
My GX280 has the usual problem and before changing out caps, I would like to be sure its not the ps. The 12v. leads all measure 11.8v. I know that is within tolerance, but is it possible that these Dells are really finicky about voltage?
