Hi. I have a hp 450 g7 laptop. Will please someone tell me what this white cap is?. I believe it is a fuse. The laptop isn't powering up & no continuity on cap. If it is a fuse, what amp do I replace it with. I've desoldered it & no number anywhere. Thanks...Leave a comment:
