Power supply voltages 13v and stand by voltage 3.26 are ok... On the main board both VGL, VGH, AVDD, VDD, Vcom voltages also shows ok......

I have the similar tv, once i power on the left portion of screen imgaes are keep scrolling up rappidly, but the right side can as normally.. Any one can help me to solve this...
