good day! want to ask about why i am missing vccsa , vcore and vgt? i have 19v and 5v input and 3.3v on enable also checked on pwm signal on pwmC of 95855 its flat line and 2.5v

hi guys can i ask some question.
i have gtx 980 gigabyte with shorted and burn before on mosfet so i dig it and the short is gone my problem is when i use only 1 8pin connector i got a display and all voltage are present. and the post screen says "PLEASE POWER DOWN AND CONNECT THE PCIe Power cable for this graphic card" and if i use the 2 8pin connector. no display and there is a no voltage on vcore and vram..
