I have lost my "Quick Launch" toolbar from my Taskbar.
I have tried to reinstal it quite unsuccessfully. All the known ways Windows XP have to offer have not worked.
When I right click on the Taskbar and click on Toolbars and down to "Quick Launch" and click on it I get a message that says: "CANNOT CREATE TOOLBAR". Is there a way that would allow me to reinstal the Quick Launch toolbar ?

BenQ 17" FP767 LCD One Second To Black
I have a FP767 BenQ 17" LCD monitor that worked OK and then it developped the following fault.
After I switch it on to display my Windows XP page the monitor display comes on for a fraction of a second and then goes black for another fraction of a second and then back on again and off again and so on and so on.
What causes this intermittent display. Is there a way to fix it?
