THATS what i was thinking it was called, do i replace it or just get new board or what?

I was driving around the other day and some idiot had a like new 42PFL5432D/37 Phillips LCD tv Sitting in his front yard by his trash can, waiting to be taken by the trash guys, I jumped out and had it in the truck within seconds, knowing how helpful you all are, there was no way i was going to pass this up! Alright, here is my issue, I have read all forums and posts on this site regarding this model, its had alot of issues, when i first got it, I plugged it in, it immediatly starting making a whistling/hissing/squealing noise, as soon as i turned tv on, the noise got louder, and was whistling...
