Thank you for your reply sir. Always appreciated to get some direction. However as stated, the lamp is a new lamp, one month old, and the lamp never stops firing. I lose picture, but the lamp is lit.

Verified the central fan in the pedestal-part of the unit is working too. I was concerned about the heat in the same way I would be about any of my computer servers. Got all the dust and any contaminant blown out so the unit is as clean as it can be internally where that heat would build up.

Was pointed in this direction after another failed attempt to fix a broken DLP.

I am quite technical (run an IT company), and understand hardware quite well. The bulb in this I have replaced a couple times over the years and overall the unit has been ROCK SOLID. However in this last month now, the tv will turn on, you will get a picture and it will stay on for 2-7 minutes MAX, then the screen goes black.
