    Thanks for the reply. the updated version is a20 from the dell site but when I run the pc will restart and say wrong firmware...

    I use a couple bios software to backup but they don't recognize the bios

    bios backup tool kit

    my bios is insydeh20 a15 bios...

    I have a vostro 3560 that has black screen with one beep continuous. the dell bios update from a15 to a20 does not work says software not compatible.

    after trying to boot 20 times works

    the beep code says checksum error.

    how can I update this bios to the a20. dell site says urgent but does not work o win 10 64 bits

    I download these bins but no sure how that works. please help
