Well I'm stuck with similar issues on a UN60D7000VF. Mine is not flashing on edges, very faint flash I can see through holes in back. Power board relay is clicking and voltages are off.CP 803, 804 range from high 391.8 to 384.8. Getting solid 5.37 startup. C9155, 9255 range 453 to 398, CM 851 is 208.9 to 91.8.
Pin 1 on SLC4011m is 5.73 to .03. These measurements are with the power board allow no connections. Ideas or should I head for trash dump with it?
