Just wanted to let all know that I successfully repaired the tv - I ended up replacing four caps on the power supply as well as the diode. The diode had burned the board, but still had just enough copper to make the connection.

Hey guys - found this site with a google search, and looks great.

My problem - I've got a Magnavox 37" LCD with a bad cap and a bad diode. I've narrowed the phillips part number down to this:

933117780133

This is a 9.1v zener diode, I believe.

My question is what is the equivalent part I can get from Radio Shack? I'm having a hard time locating it on the web.

If anyone has any advice, please let me know. This will be my first attempt at a repair, and hopefully it goes well.
