Thank you for your assistance! I was able to get picture on external screen but built-in one shows no life signs whatsoever, not even a backlight. It seems that I need to check for hardware failure in built-in screen connection....

I have this laptop which kind of boots but has black screen on both built-in and through HDMI. I tried a few BIOS from this thread but none of them made any difference.

I have this Dell Precision 5560 laptop with BIOS behind password lock. I tried several unlocked bios from this thread but none of them worked, so I suspect that bios is somewhat tied with motherboard. Therefore I wonder if anyone can look into my bios dump and hopefully clean the password.
