Re: component identification on ASUS GTX1080ti strix 11GB GC
yes, I but the PWM model presented is different from that of the asus 1080ti strix. I don't think there are any major differences but just be sure to move forward in the diag to take the correct or incorrect values but on the good ones pins, without it I will go in the wrong direction

Re: component identification on ASUS GTX1080ti strix 11GB GC
good morning
thank you for the answer I was able to replace them but unfortunately it did not change anything
I have a problem with the Vmem at the coil output, I don't have 1.3V at the output. I started by replacing the 2 mosfets almost immediately without result because I couldn't find the PWM datasheet.
it is UP9013Q I need to know on which pin arrives the 5V in VCC, 3V on the EN pin and the Vref pin in 2V. I found the diagram of an UP1666Q but I do not know if the pinout is identical?...

component identification on ASUS GTX1080ti strix 11GB GC
Hello
First of all, thank you for all your help, it helps us a lot, we amateur repairmen.
Following a replacement of 2 5018SG mosfets (VRAM power supply), I realized that the capacitor the diode next to the 2 mosfets are HS (but not in DC) are open circuit.
ohmmeter in diode position does not ring and no voltage values.
I would like to replace them but I do not have their characteristics
they are identified PMC18, PMR43 and PMC21, PMR44 on the boardview moreover that I can transmit if its interested in the world (I do not know where to post it)

Re: AORUS GTX 1080 ti 11gb no signal video
As for a soft metal brush, the NorthridgeFix youtuber offers electronic equipment that can be found by yourself everywhere and I believe that it has adapted for this use
otherwise a scalpel in the shape of a thin hook at the end allows the mask to be scratched slightly in order to take measurements

Re: AORUS GTX 1080 ti 11gb no signal video
thank you for the adviceI will measure its, but before I must resolder the cut tracks first and especially identify the HS component to put the good in place because it is dead it is short. then I would do a general check Vcore and Vram to see if a mosfet is dead

AORUS GTX 1080 ti 11gb no signal video
Hello
I'm currently bugging the diagnostic of a GTX 1080ti 11gb
I bought it in good condition for repair
following a visual inspection under the microscope I noticed a shock at the level of the SLI and several HS tracks which are being repaired
here is the beast:

I think this shock caused some more damage and I will need a little helping hand in the future as I cannot get my hands on the GIGABYTE GV-108 11gb boardview schematics.
I did a tension check and here is what emerges

Re: Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 not detected
Hello
If you have a large magnifying glass or a microscope start by making a general visual check of the components (if on the outside a component is askew unsoldered, or burnt its may be a deut of track)
following some tutorial of online repairers I send you a help link for the voltage measurements to be checked on your card in general.

give us the exact model and the brand of your graphics card I can be the corresponding diagram.
if nothing is conclusive the use of a thermal...

Telephone, switch, motherboard, hard drive, graphics card but as amateur, but I'm equipped as a professional: electron microscope, welding station / hot air, current, multimeter and thermal camera.I am basic electrician but N ' Having no basic electronic training, I have huge gap on the behavior and identification of the rich component. I have joined my experience on the...
