i have same issue but always have 3,3v and 5 v i hat damage ec chip after replace i get 30mma and then 80mma without starting the laptop. I think in your case it could bei the EC you mus buy programmed ec and extract ec firmware from msi side. can you please send me your boardview because i also need firmware.
And first of all you schould describe your mistake history so why laptop is demage by me customer has made short with screwdriverLeave a comment:

i do not know is this working because i had the same mistake my surface do not start after i repair some mosefets an in charging circuit. i send back the surface book 3 big zoll laptop to my customer so i can not send exakt serial numer etc.Leave a comment:

Macbook A1534 emc 3099 820-00687-B dead after liquid
Hallo Friends
i had liquid damage on USB C Jack on Macbook A1534 emc 3099.
The board numer is 820-00687-B. I think it is similar or same 820-00244.
The motherboard locks very fine but the USB C Flex wire is damage so i have buy from Ali new wire.
But the power Consumption on usb c is 20V and 0.7 Watt but the board is not starting.
i measure 3.3 V and 8,5 on Battery connector without Battery.
Is it possible to Test the Motherboard or start the Motherboard without Battery?
