Its working.
I finally got it working.
Originally, it did not power ON at all.
I replaced all the components in the burnt sections as shown in the attached pics.
The only components I could not get were the two resistors right next to the output connector. I first used a 300ohms 5 w (the blue once in pic) but they were heating up too bad (the amp was working, but I was afraid they will blow up). The schematic diagram shared by a member above shows these to be...

Hi Everyone,
I am new to the forum. This was a pretty informative post for me. I am trying to fix a DSW 500 pro with a similar problem. Its did not turn on at all, so I opened it up and found three sections heated or burnt.
I changed some diodes, capacitors, ICs and resistors.
Now the amp powers ON, led is green. But the two resistors next to output plug heat up a lot and i am afraid there is some underlying issue and they will blow up again.
