Re: RX 560 - Help identifying missing component
Excellent, thanks!
[Edit] : You are right, there is a VRM controller on the back: uP6205A and yes, and bottom right is indeed a 7805
However apologies but it seems the card is a mess and isn't actually an RX560, GPU is an NVidia GT220, probably got scammed on this one, nothing makes sense on this card, full mismatch between stickers and PCB.
Good news, it now makes sense why I have not seen any picture of this board when searching for RX560!
I will check the voltage rails you mentioned and I will post...

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hi all,
I discovered this forum while searching for boardviews for my GPU repair.
After a bad watercooling leak, the board got badly corroded to a point even the original parts disintegrated (and yes it worked until it failed).
Anyways, thanks for the resource and looking forward to more repairs now!

RX 560 - Help identifying missing component
Hi fine people!
First post here, I have used this forum for resource for a while now, but today I need your $0.02.
I recently acquired a dead RX560, PCB is labelled ASUS, but the fan and product number shows it being a VisionTek RX560X4EYEGX (?).
Anyways, it is clearly missing a component (where my pliers are pointing), I am "guessing" it is a mosfet driver, but would need your advice as to what it should be exactly.
If you have this card or recognize something here!
Thanks guys!...

Hi all, I am an enthusiast, I do a lot of repair and developing mods for older consoles and computers. I also design and build HiFi tube amplifiers! I am here to explore what this forum is about first, and may see where I go from there
