Thanks for the clarity on that guys, I didn't see any other physical damage except for the 2 bad caps. I did take the advice of an earlier post, which was to replace them all (Caps), which is what I'm doing this weekend. Again I thank all of you in this forum for the wonderful advice and resources.

I didn't have to replace anything other than the capacitors. I brought all of them, but only replaced the 2 that were visibly bad. I then powered it up to success
I'll tear it back down this weekend and change everyone of them. 
Thanks to the info on this site I was able to bring it back to life.
