i've saved my bios with another program, i think it will be better... because the the previous file seems to be empty

I am lucky to have found your forum. I hope that someone could help me
I bought an used Panasonic model CF XZ6R TF50 for my daughter.
A realised too late that the bios is locked and I don't have the password.
How can I unlock it please?
I had thought of updating it by windows but not the windows administrator rights either ...
The person who sold it to me no longer answers me
... I am really deadlocked.
