I tried the UefiMpmUnlock.efi but i got "HP MPM protocol is not present."
so what else I can do?

I tried using HP NBDmiFit tool

But the included FSMC.bin that you rename as SMC.bin is not working on the z840.

this tool is the HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU)
latest version can be downloaded here:

It gives me error when trying to unlock the MPM:

Hi,
I need to unlock the HP z840 Manufacturing Mode to restore the TPM functionality of the motherboard.
Is that possible?
I have posted a thread on HP Support forum without success.
