I'm new to this forum, so thanks in advance for any help.

I have a LG 55UH615A that just recently stopped working and I'm trying to determine whether it's worth me trying to fix it.

When it is plugged in the red light at the bottom flickers on and off. It also appears that only half of the screen is trying to turn on, but again it flickers on and off. when the screen flickers there are several vertical white lines appearing also.

Any ideas what the issue might be and which part needs to be replaced?
