Re: Asus GTX980Ti and MSI GTX980 with the same odd problem
I just got around to fixing a Gigabyte GTX 970, I got off ebay last year. I had similar issue on a uefi board. Boot code was B2
I did the following > Force mobo to use onboard iGPU.
Confimed windows detects gigabyte gtx 970 ( gpuz )
once in windows > backed up the bios firmware. ( nvflash ) just in case.
Then I used the

Re: Gigabyte 1070 part
Yes they are the same tatalum caps above and below the leaked one. I found a document online - Jj is 2.2uF 6.3v, where as jj ( lowercase is listed as 0.22fF / 6.3v ) I have looked at other 10xx boardview schematics however they dont them listed. I have seen a Gigabyte 1080 card with a different screen print on the same caps but cant find a High enough resolution image to find the values.

Gigabyte 1070 part
Hi all, Im trying to repair this card - does anyone know the value of the cap thats blown - from my research it is on the B rail of the memory.
Also the other tatalum cap leaked, Markings is "jj" when I looked its value is suppose to be 0.22uF 6.3v but cant find any online. I notice that the gigabyte 1080 uses something similar but another brand - does anyone the value is - I cant find a clear image online....
