Unfortunately, from my experience HP is very bad in customer service in Argentina...(By the way, the bios comes from the official Hp website and is specific to my notebook model) ... that's why I try to see if here xD can help me .... in the usb with the update of the bios, it generated a file type ".doc" with information about the process ... I'll put them below, to see what you think ... because I don't understand much about the process ...

when I turn on I do not see any letters or graphics ... I only see graphics when I do the key combination (Windows + B) that the active one when I try to install a bios update from a USB ... but normally it does not do anything else to turn on the power lights ......

(the charging led turns on and power button but it does not start absolutely windows, nor does it let me enter the BIOS) ... I downloaded from the hp page, an update that they just did in April of this year ... so I proceeded to make a usb with the flash of the new update of the bios, to see if I could revive it ...
