Also looking for one, same problem. This board seems to go by a few different names, but the number is the same. The one I have for repairs is TBIT. It looks to be like the USB goes directly to the chip, my current guess is maybe the customer was doing something with a USB device and the Super IO was damaged. Could be a BIOS issue, there is a post with some one asking for a BIOS, it is the same board, with the higher version number (2.3) That board is Arktek, but the same board
