CMIIW but when you see the power sequence page in that pdf, it is stated that APW8713 is connected with the GS7103. So, there is a relation between them or maybe check for busted component around them.

It have 2 bios chip in the back, near the apl5932 chip....

it is shown 200mA 24V from the schematics, the size is 3216 or 1206 smd fuse.

I am also in the middle of repair attempt bunch of rx580s, hope that helps and goodluck with yours.

I have 2 cards showing 0mhz,
powercolor mining rx580 4G:
I already desolder it and it still gave me same result, will try with another bios files as there's only one in techpowerup.
this card is not detected when used as primary display.

Sapphire Nitro rx570 4G:
gave an error but solved with reinstalling AMD latest driver in win10, datected as primary display.
It also showing amd error "AMD failed to load driver", restart it and now it showing normal.
edit: now it back to error43 with no loaded...

I can't help much because the lack of markings, but you can look for the 1060 schematic [URL="https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1047979&postcount=63"]here[/URL] and trace the connection with multimeter, I found the C122, C121, Q33, and Q509 there. Hello I am Rio from Indonesia,
I am interested computer related topics and lately I learn about repairing from 0 (gpu for recent practice). Now I can read schematics and understand about basic electronic and repair, also little bit smd soldering and desoldering.

Finding badcaps was amazing and I'm more interested to learn more. Hopefully, I can also share my repairing journey.

Hello, I have similar issue with my powercolor rx580 mining card as the previous owner said that he had no display after flashing bios.
But when I tried to flash the bios back to stock (from techpowerup) it still showing the same 0mhz like OP.

I flashed the card both via amdvbflasher and usb eeprom flasher clip, still showing same result. undetected as primary display, error 43 when put to secondary and 0mhz core.

Is there any possibility for short here?

Anyone got schematics for rx580/570 from HIS/XFX? the pcb lacks some markings so it is harder for me to diagnose those cards.
