Cheers I was thinking that but I have seen chip ware you flow the solder on to the side of the chip and thank you for your help it is much appreciated

Can any one please help, Can you tell me the orientation of this Bios Chip I think it is black up or is it silver and black up. Plus it does not have a dot like the one on the board I am assuming it is were the cut out on the corner of the silver is.... -

Hi i am new to this i have read what i think i have to do to my Elitebook 850 G5 to reset the bios password with the HP unlocking tool, but I am not sure do I reprogram both chips or just one if just one witch one? Any help is much appreciated.Leave a comment:
