Hi Everyone,
Trying to diagnose a TV that does not power on. The crystal clocking the main application processor looks suspect to me, I have attached a pic of what my scope is detecting on the crystal pins.
This should be a 54mhz device, but obviously isn't running properly.
Before I order a replacement part, is there anything else I should check that might be causing this erratic clock signal?
Thanks...

Chord Mojo
Does anyone have any experience with the Chord Mojo DAC/AMP? I got one for a good price that the seller reported as not holding a charge, which I assumed meant a bad battery. After replacing the battery, it seems to only be able to do a partial charge.
I contacted Chord about this, but as it's out of warranty, the quote they gave plus what I just spent on it plus the battery is way more than a new one. They did indicate that it's likely a blown charge circuit that requires a new board to fix.
I have a DMM, scope, and other diagnostics tools on hand to do measurements...
