Exploring Arduino book
Am going through the Exploring Arduino 2nd edition by Jeremy Blum. One of the projects is a servo motor being controlled by the Arduino that is powered by a separate 5v supply the author suggests to build. Is a 7805 regulator with two 10uf electrolytic caps. One running from power in lead to ground, the other from power out to ground. The servo sounded like hell. I [ATTACH]238037[/ATTACH]double checked, replaced, then completely removed both caps. After removing, the servo ran a lot better. I've noticed the author suggests this power supply setup in a few projects. Should i just completely do...

Hello everyone. I'm a political refugee that has fleed the oppressive regime of Reddit. I've dabbled off and on in electronics for a couple years now and consider myself as still a noob. I was originally interested in radio electronics and came to the conclusion that it's over my head.
