I did replace this cap and the 621371 component.When I did remove the component the oxidation did take a one side of the trace and did scrape and work the points and use another component from a donor...but still rapid fan spin.I did try another flex cable, trackpad and same result.The Mac like I mention powers and works normal but the fans running like crazy,1 Photo

Thanks so much Mon2.I will check the link and I wonder if you have the board view of this Mac M1? I have try to find one on the forum but don't work on my PD board view..I believe is for windows and I use Mac.Thanks Again
I did run the Apple diagnostics and tells me that there is a issue with the fan.I need to mention that the water did touch the usb-c connector and I did replace turns on without any issues but the fan is my main problem.
