Hi, I'm happy to find this forum full of knowledge and friendly advice. I could use some guidance with a TV problem that I will post about soon.
My philosophy: it's better to fix what's broken than to throw it away and buy a new one.
My electronics knowledge is limited, but I've opened computer cases and swapped boards and disk drives many a time. That may make me more brave and stupid than wise, but hey - I had enough wisdom to come here for advice.
