Serial number doesnt matter? If not,then all is good

Hello guys, my first post here
I also kindly ask for your help.
Laptop doesnt start anymore after BIOS firmware upgrade.
Only power and Caps Lock LEDs are lit.
The laptop is:
LENOVO V130 15IKB 81HN
Serial: R90S9Y3R
BIOS chip: MX25L6473F
I'm using CH341A Mini Programmer.
Original BIOS file attached.
