I have to replace the phase controller IR35217 on an amd graphic card, for what I saw the PowIRcenter can upload the firmware from an IRxxx phase controller chip but it cannot download it on a new virgin one or at least I could not find how to do it after several attempts. Nevertheless PowIRcenter should be able to update the firmware on an already programmed IR chip, so I'm looking now for a used working chip because a new one would be not usable. However the fact that there are replacement virgin parts on sales let me think that there should be the way to program them, so if anyone...
