what is the resistant for 5V, 1.8V and 1V line? all voltage line present?

i have short circuit at +VCCSAP
i had removed
PC801, PC802,PC803 and PC 804 and PU801..
but still short circuit in this line... it happened only when processor present on the board.. but when i remove the processor there is no short circuit in this line.. is it normal?[url=https://ibb.co/V3WXB2L][/url]
