the motherboard from china with this model h310-k v20

it has an i3-8100 cpu
and 8 gb of ram ddr4 2400
built in gpu

the problem is when i turn on the pc it doesn't show any data unless i press restart button sometimes for multiple times and when it display data it works fine until i turn it off and try to turn it on all over again ... the same problem show up

1- i've flashed the bios with the latest version
2- replaced the power supply
3- tried external gpu
4- disconnected everything from the motherboard such...
