• Parallel Battery Configurations for mobile phone battery

hey guys i got a question about Parallel Battery Configurations?

this is what I want to do!
take two of these batteries http://www.ebay.ca/itm/New-Battery-LG-P990-Optimus-G2X-2X-Extended-Door-T-mobile-3500-MAH-/170854215958?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item27c7b47116#ht_500wt_1396

take em apart and rebuild it with then both in parallel so i can get double the mAh out of it! it 3600mAh each so I would get 7000mAh battery.

I am wondering if this is possibly at all?

would it be as easy as taking them apart and just putting them...

ok I am having the same problem with this unit as well. it wont power on. when i plug it in the power goes click like it trying to power up and then it clicks off again but the red light on the front of the tv blinks 4 times.

I already replace 19 of the 20 caps on the board and still same thing. the only cap i ddint replaces is the that really big one in the center of the power board. there were 2 x 50v 1uf caps I replace with 63v 1uf caps. the guy at the store said it would me fine.

I just wondering...

hey yeah i test that fuse on the setting 200 and it came back with.4.
I also I know the lcd doesnt work when it goes dark cause I have two displays hooked up and when that one turn on for 1 second my main desktop goes to the mag then it jumps back to my samsung and then does it again and speakers goes pop about 10 times then same thing again. I have order that one part from jimmyshop already but I want to work on this one. still until the part gets here I hope that replacement board will do the trick.

ok guys I got the mosfet in and while i was de-soldering them the first one came off without really any problem. the second one both leads broke off while i was attempting to use twizer and de-solder them. after placing them in and hooking everything up its still does that but now the picture come on for a second then off. I guess the next thing is to change the caps. I will need to see if i can find any cause the stores i went to had some but they are way to big. anyways i will keep posted!

no no don't be sorry, I don't mind, its all learning to me.
I will go get the caps too and just replace em all so it eliminate the possibly of them being bad. i guess i should get a new solder iron and kit as well.

no he just looked at it and show it to another person and they both said i dont need the caps they are fine. the other guy from the tv store said the same thing about the caps. I think I should just get a mulitmeter and test everything myself that way i know what is good and what is not. I just dont wanna remove the caps if they are infact good still. they look almost new
ps: he tested the fuse and they where both fine.

• Re: mag 2200w lcd wont power on

ok well what I will do is go get the parts and try it and see if that will work. i mean you have fix it and had the same problem so I hope maybe i had the same problem and it will be an easy fix. I guess I should invest in a multimeter and a new solder iron(my old one I'm not sure if it works still.) if i going to be doing all these DIY repairs.
well i will call the parts guy and order the mosfit and see about the cap even though they already told me the caps are fine.
also i will read this guide you are talking about it seems to hold...
