Hi everyone
I have a samsung s4ln058a01-8030 SSD that is wrong a MacBook Air A1466. It is getting very hot near the Samsung chip.
1) Does anyone have the schematics for this board?;
2) Does anyone know what each chip is?; and
3) does anyone know why the Samsung chip is getting hot?
Thank you so much!...

Re: iPhone X not charging
Hi Mon2
Apologies for the delay.
I removed the battery connector and tested pin that was the problem. I still do not get any reading on that pin. What could be causing this?

Re: macbook air A1932 stuck 5v and DFU mode
Hi
Error 9 usually occurs if there is a "block" somewhere stopping it from connecting with Apple's update server. The best bet is an external recovery.
(1) Download a MacOS from the internet; (2) Make a USB drive bootable; (3) add the MacOS to the bootable USB drive; (4) boot the make using the bootable drive and recover from there.
All data will the lost though.
I hope this helps.

iPhone 6 Back Camera Flex FPC Connectors
Hi everyone
I needed to know, is the "iPhone 6 Back Camera Flex FPC Connector (J2321, 34 Pins)” the same as the “J4040 iPad Air 2 digitizer FPC connector, 34 pin”?
Thank you

Re: iPhone X not charging
Hi Mon2
Thank you so much.
That makes sense. I think this pin may not be connected. I will need to check the connection.
I will ask my friend to maybe desolder and then resolder the connector.
I will keep you updated.

Re: iPhone X not charging
Hi mon2
Where exactly do I put the black lead?
On what connector and pin?
If I did it correctly then I am getting 671 on the top connector and 0.01 on the bottom connector (battery connector)Last edited by Nash99; 09-14-2021, 03:08 PM.

Re: iPhone X not charging
Clean image of pads. Ignore the resistors as they are incorrect. This is my actual iPhone X after the connector replacement....

Re: iPhone X not charging
Can we not take those parts from the guy's board?
I also cannot find any temperature readings.

Re: iPhone X not charging
I am not sure on the specific size but they are really really small. Smaller than an ant.
We just need to know what they are and try source the exact same one

Re: iPhone X not charging
Yes, they are missing. I think it blew out when I was replacing the connector.
No, the battery sits next to it. This parts are on the logic board. I have attached a picture with arrows.
I think I will need both but I hope it works.
Thank you Mon2 ...

Re: iPhone X not charging
Thank you so much. What do they do? How important are they?
Also, do you know why my iPhone will not charge? Can this parts play a part in that?

iPhone X not charging
Hi everyone
I replaced a battery fpc connector on an iPhone X. The process went well and the connector is connected securely. However, the iPhone is not charging. It powers on, however it does not show the lightning bolt when plugged in and the battery percentage is at a constant 0%. It was charging fine before the replacement. It still, however, makes the charging sound when it is plugged in and connects to a computer fine. What should I do? What can be causing this?
Also, I have attached a picture, please can some help identity what these two components are and what...

Apple Watch Series 5 44mm
Hi everyone
Does anyone know what this circuit does on the Apple Watch Series 5 44mm taptic engine? I have attached a picture.
Whilst working on it, the connector (picture attached) broke off, does anyone know what it is for? Any tips on repairing it?
The circuit is also just stuck down with a little glue and is not part of the taptic engine's functioning.
The Apple Watch Series 5 44mm is GPS only and not GPS and cellular.
Thank you!...

iPhone X battery fpc connector
Hi everyone.
I have an iPhone X with a damaged battery fpc connector that I needed to replace. I also have an iPhone X donor logic board that I was going to salvage the connector from. The only problem is that it is plastic and I do not want to damage the salvaged connector when removing it.
What temperature and speed should I make the hot air gun so that I do not melt the plastic on the connector?
Thank you!

iPhone X battery issue
Hi Everyone
I have an iPhone X that is doing something very weird.
The iPhone will show the actual battery percentage and then restart and show 0%. Then after a while it will show the actual battery percentage (without restarting). Then the process will repeat itself.
Anyone know what is causing this?
ThanksLast edited by Nash99; 07-12-2021, 11:16 AM.
