The T460 stay on LENOVO logo (white with red back) boot up screen with the message "To interrupt normal startup, press Enter".

i have a Lenovo Thinkpad T460 of a friend with startup password locked. No boot in windows.
( MB Lenovo NM-A581 REV 3.0 )
Error messages :
0271 : Check Date and Time settings
---> i have tried to remove CMOS Battery
[B]0183 : Bad CRC of Security Settings in EFI variable.[/B]
---> EEPROM seems to be corrupted
Press F1 to enter Setup.
