Passat key fob component identification
Hi
In my stupidity i managed to pry off 2 components while disassembling a Passat key fob.
I have uploaded a boardview (BVR) file and referenced missing as parts UNK1 and UNK2 Also uploaded is an image showing the components before flying into the 9th dimension.
Boardview creation video is here:-

Would anyone know the value and types of these 2 components.
I would really appreciate it.
Thanks...

Re: OpenBoardView opensource boardview software for .brd
Hi Piernov,
Thank you and Apologies, I will post anymore bugs on the github repo issues page
thanks for the update the compilation has now moved on from that error.
OpenBoardView release: openboardview-9.0.3-1.x86_64.rpm prebuild works great.
Thanks

Re: OpenBoardView opensource boardview software for .brd
Hi,
I am trying to build openboardview on linuxmint 18 (cant upgrade legacy issues)
I have downloaded and run the openboardview-9.0.3-1.x86_64.rpm no problem.
probably a gcc issue?
gcc version 5.4.0 20160609 (Ubuntu 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.12)
I getting errors building
/home/Git/OpenBoardView $ sudo ./build.sh
Compiling OpenBoardView using 4 threads (release build)
Extra flags passed to CMake: -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=

Re: 820-01958 MBA 13" '20 A2179 Schematics/bv request
Hi Piernov,
Linux Mint Cinnamon 64-bit
linux kernel 4.4.0-21
processor intel i3 2.4Ghz X2
Graphics Intel Corporation Processor Integrated Graphics Controller
I can confirm that renaming the obv.conf file allows the open dialog to work via ctrl + o.
Thanks

Re: 820-01958 MBA 13" '20 A2179 Schematics/bv request
Hi Piernov,
I am not sure how to do that as I have no access to any of the menus.
The mouse click is not working when hovering over file view or help.
Once I hover over the File menu it does change color but nothing occurs when i click the mouse,, presume its an openGL or imgGUI support issue?
I can load the bvr3 file via
./openboardview -i ~/boardview/NintendoS/PLD_27_02.bvr3
clicking components works somewhat, I am not sure clicking a pin is getting...

Hi piernov
I cloned and built a new version(R815) of openboardview(awesome work btw!)
I would really like to see the BVR3 files
I can't seem to open files now with ctrl + O
it used to work with
INFO: OFBV-BUILD: R746 OpenBoardView/master
but now with INFO: OFBV-BUILD: R815 OpenBoardView/master
ctrl + o does not open the file dialog
INFO: Initializing ImGuiRendererSDLGL3
DEBUG: Could not create GL context: GLXBadFBConfig...

Re: Nintendo Switch Component ID
Hi,
sorry for hijacking this thread.
I am trying to create a boardview for the nintendo switch as a proof of concept.
I am looking for some Hi resolution images of a nintendo switch motherboard. Front and back so as to reference components correctly. I am currenlty using https://www.tronicsfixforum.com/t/info-board-diagram-and-part-numbers/91/5 . but most images online are out of focus once you zoom in. I would appreciate anyone uploading these
thanks OB1Re: Nintendo Switch Component ID
