In addition to my earlier question as to why the latest HP BIOS N78_0151.bin doesn't work, is there a way to look through my old 'corrupted' BIOS to find what my original System Board CT Number is? I tried decoding some of the QR/scan codes on the labels on the board and I couldn't come up with a value for this.

I tried with 6-7 different BIOS for the 450 G3 that I found on the google and each one failed. The clean BIOS you provided allowed me to boot up and flash to latest (after I setup featurebyte, etc.).
My original issue and story:
