Hi Dick,

I've taken some pictures, I hope they are good enough quality.

When I opened up the back there was quite a bit of dust on the powerboard I got excited as I thought that might be causing an overheat issue, but after blowing it off its still the same.

Also found the manual and the continuous blink is BL_SOS. Also from what I can see there are no bulging capicitors.

Well I tried the shipping condition reset and no change still powering off after a half hour or so. Any other suggestions?...

Hi Lads, I have a problem with my panasonic tx-l47dt65b tv.
The tv will power up and work as normal for maybe an hour or two then power off and show a red blinking led continuously.

If I turn it back on the tv will work again but for a shorter period, like a a half hour and get shorter each time it powers off. Leaving it unplugged overnight will make it run for a couple hours again but same probelm persists. Does it sound like a power board issue?

Also when it does shut down it cant be turned back on with the remote, only by holding down the power button...
