The diagnosis showed that this IC is shorted and need to be replaced with the right firmware. I cannot find the firmware

I have the aforementioned tv that presents the above issue. I checked with my backlight tester the backlight strips and they light on. I can see picture when I use the backlight tester. On the backlight connection at Power board I get 30V with backlight connected and 30V when the backlight is disconnected. The issue lays to the power board or backlight strips?

All the voltages ta psu are there:
12V, 24V, 3.2V ps_on,

I have this TV. I have changed the psu board with a new one but I still do not get standby light or any kind of response.
backlight is ok and tested with BL tester. the issue I think is on mainboard.
what should I do? -

Black led wire with gnd =11.3V (LEDs connected)
White led wire with gnd = 103 V (LEDs connected)
Black led wire with gnd =11.3V (LEDs disconnected)
White led wire with gnd = 168 V (LEDs disconnected)
the filter capacitors have changing values all the time
I tested the mainboard with mainboard tester (TV160 Generation Full HD Display LVDS Turn VGA LED/LCD TV Motherboard Tester) and I get no pictureLeave a comment:

the filter capacitors when the tv switches on give me changing values. Not something stable.

When I test it with backlight tester, The LEDs will get bright for a few seconds, then thwy will dim for a 2 seconds and then again back on lighting and this cycle goes on with backlight testerLeave a comment:

check in standby which is plugged in but off then check when powered up, meter set at 200 or 600 vdc meter probe on each leg
Because I am from Greece I did not understand that part of the paragraph. check in the filter capacitors legs when the tv is standby on but off and then when it powers on?Leave a comment:

Indeed, then unplug backlight connector and test for around 400 volts at the big 450 VOLT filter capacitors, check in standby which is plugged in but off then check when powered up, meter set at 200 or 600 vdc meter probe on each leg, be VERY CAREFUL only touch it with the meter leads, 450 volts CAN EASILY KILL. Don't do it if you are not comfortable with it.
Because I am from Greece, I got the part that I have to unplug the led and measure the 450V filter capacitors. I did not understand the rest...Leave a comment:

When I switch on the TV standby flashes 11 times and then the standby stays on constantly. No picture, no backlight, no response to remote, no sound.
What I have noticed today is that after the 11 flashes the backlight flashes once and then nothingLeave a comment:
