O the power board is made by delta part # DPS-260HP-1

it comes on the picture blinks and then I have nothing but sound ...I took the back off and the blue led on the the lamp module lites up and as its fading out thats when the screen blinks....i have the power supply out and it checks 24 volts on both outputs that lead to the the modules...does anybody know what I should do..or any tips to check it... the main tranformer gets warm but there is 2 more that dont...I dont want to purchase a power board if that is not whats wrong...help me please....
